Job summary

JASARA PMC seeks a Senior Landscape Architect to lead and execute large-scale landscape architecture projects in line with Vision 2030 objectives. You will collaborate with architects, planners, engineers and contractors, producing drawings, specifications, renderings and presentations.

The role requires at least eight years of experience, strong planting design knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools. Leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, including project leadership.
• Professional registration or licensure as a Landscape Architect is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design development, and execution of large-scale landscape architecture projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations for review.
• Oversee site analysis, evaluate conditions, constraints and environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, sustainability standards, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and designers.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, present options, and incorporate feedback.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for project delivery.
