Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in landscape architecture.
• 5+ years in supervisory role with main contractor.
• Experience with luxury hotels or high-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape architectural activities from design to handover.
• Ensure works align with design intent and hospitality standards.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance.

Skills

Technical knowledge of hardscape, softscape

Understanding of local authority requirements

Coordination and leadership skills

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
