Job summary
alfanar Building Systems, headquartered in Riyadh, seeks an experienced Technical Engineering Manager to lead the joinery division from concept through installation. You will oversee shop drawings, production interfaces, and engineering standards to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership in technical design and production environments.
- Experience in joinery, wood products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shop drawing standards and material specs.
- Ability to drive cost reduction and productivity improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical office for shop drawings, production drawings, and material specifications.
- Review submittals, design details, and construction drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop technical standards for joinery manufacturing and installation.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks.
- Coordinate design development with architects, consultants, and clients.
- Translate project requirements into production-ready manufacturing packages.
- Optimize material utilization and reduce waste.
- Support CNC programming and automated manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical guidance to production and installation teams.
- Drive cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
