Future Group in Riyadh region seeks a Technical Manager – Joinery/Woodwork Factory to lead technical coordination, production accuracy, and quality across all operations. The role bridges design, engineering, and production, delivering precision and efficiency on high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior Design, 8+ years in joinery/woodwork manufacturing with leadership, and strong AutoCAD/CNC capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in joinery/woodwork manufacturing with management.
• Strong technical knowledge of woodwork fabrication techniques, materials, and finishing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and woodworking software; CNC programming knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Nationality requirement: Lebanese or Syrian.

Responsibilities

• Lead, review, and approve shop drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules.
• Ensure all technical deliverables comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support factory production by resolving technical challenges and ensuring correct fabrication methods.
• Oversee quality control across all stages: cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing.
• Manage material selection and optimize production processes to minimize waste.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the technical team, including draftsmen, engineers, and CNC programmers.
