Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in joinery/woodwork with managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of woodwork fabrication and materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; CNC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review shop drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and project teams.
• Oversee quality control across cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing.
• Supervise and develop the technical team.
