KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instrument Technician to ensure instrument assets are reliable and available, keeping process units in operation in Saudi Arabia. The role leads maintenance activities, coordinates teams, and ensures compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in Oil & Gas maintenance, strong instrument knowledge, and proven leadership. International travel and adaptation to a multi‑cultural environment are expected.

Formación

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
• Strategic management skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment; travel internationally and live in KSA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians in instrument systems, following preventive maintenance plans.
• Execute monthly and weekly maintenance plans and submit progress reports.
• Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on instruments, generators, transformers and motors.
• Lead daily instrument maintenance activities and develop execution plans.
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper workmanship and safety.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare completion reports.
• Assist in engineering modifications to instrument equipment.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards and ensure safe practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
