Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar in a high-volume restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques with a focus on Indian cuisine.
• Ability to create menus for dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Understanding of health codes, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
