Familiarity with scheduling and cost control using software such as Primavera is essential.

Qualifications

• 15 years' experience as a Construction Manager with an internationally renowned company.
• Specific experience in managing major tertiary hospital projects.
• Experience in Scheduling, Cost Control, and Planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of 3 hospitals as Construction Manager.
• Report directly to the Project Director.
• Manage all phases of construction from concept through completion.
