Job summary

KCM Recruitment is seeking a Construction Manager / Resident Engineer for medical projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in project management, oversee multiple hospital projects, and have experience in quality and HSE management. Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in construction management.
• Major experience in Western countries with knowledge of the Gulf region.
• Medical project experience is a significant advantage.
• Experience in site or project management with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement Quality and HSE management systems.
• Supervise compliance with contract documents.
• Review project-related correspondence and establish communication with contractors.
• Monitor contractors' quality and safety systems across the site.
