A global market leader is seeking an experienced professional to execute medium to high complexity service work, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves leading engineers, planning and executing service tasks, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate must have over 10 years’ experience with ABB ESD systems and be focused on delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting equipment issues. Work model is onsite/hybrid/remote.

This Position reports to: Local Service Operations Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customer to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance.
