Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company seeks a Lead Engineer to supervise discipline-specific activities across architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural works in Saudi Arabia. You will provide technical leadership to the supervision team, ensuring contractor works comply with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable (Saudi Council of Engineers registration).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the discipline supervision team.
• Review Contractor's drawings, technical submittals, method statements, RFIs, and material submissions.
• Supervise and verify Contractor's works for compliance with approved documents and specifications.
• Coordinate discipline interfaces with other engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and identify technical issues, risks, and deviations.
• Review and support resolution of technical queries and site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper close-out of observations and NCRs.
• Provide technical input to progress meetings and project reports.
