Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company seeks a Lead Engineer to supervise discipline-specific activities across architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural works in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable (Saudi Council of Engineers registration).

Role Overview

Lead the discipline-specific supervision activities and provide technical leadership to the supervision team, ensuring that the Contractor's works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
