Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to guide design, development, integration, and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading technical design, development, and deployments, building plugins and integrations, and ensuring solution quality and governance across ALM

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement experience.
• Proven Technical Lead or Senior CRM Developer experience.
• Strong expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, customization, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and oversee plugins, workflows, APIs, integrations using C# and .NET.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise apps.
