Job summary

PROVEN Consult is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant to lead hands‑on implementations, configurations, and reporting. The role requires translating business needs into scalable system designs and integrations with the Power Platform.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Dynamics 365 and 1–2 years specifically in Project Operations, plus strong analytical and communication skills to work with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• At least 1–2 years hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Strong experience in system configuration, customization, and platform extensions.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with system integrations, data flows, and data migrations related to Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Project Operations based on business and project requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system design, configuration, and functional solutions.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Project Operations using low-code/no-code capabilities and custom development where required.
• Work with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Design and support system integrations and data flows between Dynamics 365 Project Operations and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Dynamics 365 Project Operations data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes, workflows, system requirements, and reporting needs.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and user support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements and enhancements.
