Job summary

Elm Company seeks an Associate Principal to lead the Abaad Data Portal's vision, strategy, and delivery. You will align business objectives with data platform capabilities, manage roadmaps, and prioritize backlogs to ensure scalable, high-value data services for internal and external customers.

You will drive stakeholder alignment and governance across analytics, engineering, BI, and design teams, ensuring measurable business value and customer satisfaction within a government-focused product

Qualifications

• Define and maintain the strategic vision for the Abaad Data Portal in line with organizational and customer objectives.
• Develop and communicate the product strategy, objectives, and long-term roadmap.
• Identify business opportunities that enhance value and adoption of the portal.
• Ensure product priorities align with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data-driven products and services delivered through the Abaad platform.
• Drive governance, reporting, and decision-making for product initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across analytics, engineering, BI, design, and business teams.
