Job summary

Elm seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead portfolio execution and drive technical readiness for priority products. You will align execution plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and resolve blockers to ensure launches align with Elm's objectives.

You will manage APIs, integration requirements, governance, and testing activities to support successful partnerships and MVP transitions into operational units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Delivery, or related domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans for priority products and partnership initiatives.
• Establish structured tracking mechanisms for risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Monitor execution progress and drive timely completion of critical activities.
• Coordinate integration testing, acceptance testing, and readiness validation activities.
• Coordinate delivery dependencies with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Product, and Sector teams.
• Maintain and govern portfolio blocker registers across strategic initiatives.
• Lead technical due diligence for partners and proposed solutions.
• Ensure readiness for deployment and successful product launches.
