Job summary

Elm Company, within the Business Products group, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead portfolio execution and drive the technical readiness of priority products. You will align execution plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, resolve delivery blockers, and ensure testing and integrations progress toward launch in line with Elm’s governance.

The role requires managing dependencies, accelerating readiness, and supporting partnership enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery, integration, or technical product programs in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong practical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, solution architecture, cybersecurity requirements, infrastructure dependencies, and testing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio delivery and execution management for priority products and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve delivery blockers and align launch timelines.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance reviews to report progress.
