Job summary

Soum, a fast-growing C2C marketplace in Riyadh, is seeking a Consumer Product Manager to own the buyer and seller experiences across app and web. You will translate customer insight into features that boost conversion, retention and trust, working with design, engineering, operations and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of product management experience on consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven track record shipping features that move business metrics.
• Strong data intuition with analytics tools and funnel analysis.
• Hands-on experience building for mobile and web platforms.
• Experience working with designers and engineers in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to align teams.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core consumer areas, prioritising by impact on conversion, retention, GMV and trust.
• Build understanding of customers through interviews, usability tests, reviews and data.
• Optimise end-to-end marketplace funnel: listing, search, pages, checkout, payments, delivery, returns.
• Design and improve trust features: condition grading, inspections, verified sellers, pricing.
• Shape subscription products: value proposition, packaging, onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Translate problems into PRDs and user stories; run agile delivery from discovery to iteration.
• Champion an Arabic-first bilingual experience with RTL design and localisation.
• Run experimentation: form hypotheses, design tests, define metrics, scale or kill.
• Monitor KPIs: conversion, activation, repeat purchase, retention, NPS, complaints.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Growth and Finance to ensure end-to-end impact.
