Job summary

Client of Taj HR is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures work aligns with drawings, specs, quality, safety, and schedules.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree and 3+ years of supervision experience, excellent English, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams on-site in Yanbu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience supervising construction or building projects.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Track project progress and ensure compliance with the construction schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Inspect construction materials and completed works to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site.
• Monitor site requirements for materials, equipment, and tools and coordinate their availability when needed.
• Prepare daily and periodic site progress reports highlighting completed activities, challenges, and delays.
• Follow up on technical observations and outstanding site issues.
