MAIRE Group seeks a seasoned Construction Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a major Saudi Aramco EPC mega-project in Safaniya. You will oversee site quality plan implementation, coordinate inspectors, and ensure compliance with Aramco standards across subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have Aramco-approved EPC experience, proven leadership of diverse teams, and a track record delivering large-scale projects in the Kingdom. This role offers direct MAIRE employment and strategic project exposure.

Qualifications

• Aramco-approved for major EPC projects and experience on Aramco sites.
• Proven leadership of large multicultural construction teams.
• Experience managing QA/QC across EPC contractors and sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Site Quality Plan adequacy and application at Site.
• Verify NDT, welding, painting, and corrosion inspectors activities.
• Prepare inspection books and QA/QC documents.
• Review subcontractors' Quality Systems and procedures.
• Coordinate information flow, RFIs, and non-conformities.
• Identify defects, arrange corrective actions with Site Manager.
• Plan and perform periodic audits of subcontractors.
