Job summary

V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants Co. is seeking a senior structural professional to ensure site works meet approved designs and load specs. You will perform daily inspections, review submittals, and monitor temporary works safety, aligning with HSE/EMP procedures while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will also manage defect reports, track corrective actions, and stay updated with SBC/ACI/AISC standards, providing guidance to inspectors and technicians on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Chartered or Professional Engineer (PE/SE) license preferred.
• Temporary Works Coordination certifications and PMP preferred.
• Saudi Council of Engineers membership and valid Iqama if non-Saudi.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily structural site inspections and witness testing per method statements and ITPs.
• Review submittals (shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs) with comments in time.
• Coordinate on-site work sequences with RE/PM and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain records of drawings and correspondence.
• Monitor temporary works (shoring/scaffolding) for safety, align with drawings.
• Issue CARs/NCRs for defects and track corrective actions.
• Attend RFIs/IRs for columns, beams, slabs; provide timely feedback.
