Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary/high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid aircraft maintenance license (e.g., GACA) for Airframe/Powerplant/Avionics as applicable.
• Minimum of six years of aircraft maintenance experience with certification privileges as RTS staff.
• Experience managing, supervising, and leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and certify line maintenance including IFE during transit checks.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and replace LRUs as required.
• Complete maintenance documentation and ensure QA compliance.
• Coordinate between customer and PAC divisions to monitor system performance.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and inventory; promote safety and compliance.
