Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join its Saudi Arabia practice. The ideal candidate will have strong private practice litigation experience and hands-on exposure to disputes within the KSA environment, including drafting pleadings and providing strategic litigation advice.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, coordinate with courts and authorities, and support settlements while maintaining high client service standards in a demanding firm setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification/private practice experience at a reputable law firm.
• At least 1 year of litigation experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is mandatory.
• Strong experience in commercial and civil litigation and dispute resolution.
• Ability to advise clients on litigation strategy, exposure, and options.
• Ability to draft and review pleadings, submissions, statements, and notices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of litigation and dispute resolution matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on risks, outcomes, and appropriate actions.
• Prepare and review pleadings, submissions, opinions, correspondence and supporting docs.
• Conduct legal research related to Saudi laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, authorities, experts and other parties.
• Support negotiations and settlement discussions when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet all deadlines.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on complex disputes.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a well-established legal practice in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have strong private practice litigation experience and hands-on exposure to handling disputes within the KSA legal environment.

Key Requirements
