Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping & Laundry professional in a non-management role. You will complete uniform and linen inventories, supervise staff, and help maintain safety and quality standards across the department.

You will operate laundry machinery, train employees on procedures, and ensure department requests are fulfilled. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory of uniforms and linens.
• Report faulty equipment, maintenance needs, and safety hazards to manager/supervisor.
• Train employees on all laundry procedures, including safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Verify that laundry requests are completed for each department as needed.
• Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery.
• Inspect linens and terry for damage.
