Job summary

Chalhoub Group seeks a Delivery Captain responsible for timely customer order delivery and returns collection across the assigned region in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure goods are secured, vehicle condition is maintained, and routes are optimal to meet customer expectations.

Key duties include last mile deliveries, order checks, and COD cash collection, while adhering to safety, quality, and ISO standards. Basic English and local road knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving license.
• Previous delivery or similar role experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily orders to wholesale and retail outlets on time.
• Perform last mile customer deliveries and pickups of returns.
• Check orders before delivery and ensure accuracy.
• Collect cash on COD ecommerce orders and handle payments per procedure.
• Ensure vehicle is maintained, secure, clean, and used only for company business.
• Report incidents and comply with route schedules and safety rules.
• Maintain ISO-aligned quality practices and safety standards.
