Job summary

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking a seasoned Landscaping Lead to drive projects from planning to execution. You will supervise maintenance, irrigation systems, and preventive activities while ensuring designs meet environmental, technical, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities include site inspections, water-management optimization, and plant health monitoring. Strong CAD/GIS knowledge and travel readiness are valued for collaboration with clients and teams on diverse sites.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in landscaping.
Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture, soil, fertilizers, and pest management.
Experience in landscape construction and maintenance.
Ability to read drawings and technical documents.
Knowledge of CAD and GIS is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage landscaping projects from planning through execution
Supervise landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and preventive maintenance activities
Prepare landscape designs while considering environmental, technical, and budget requirements
Conduct site inspections and ensure work comply with project specifications
Manage irrigation systems and optimize water consumption
Monitor plant health, pest control, fertilization, and seasonal maintenance programs
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Provide technical guidance to supervisors and field teams
Promote sustainable landscaping practices and continuous improvement
