ConFlip is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh on a contract basis. The role involves conducting land surveys, collecting data with total stations and GPS, and preparing detailed reports and maps for project teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of surveying experience, proficiency with CAD tools, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Accommodation is provided along with field-based duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Must be Malayalee or proficient in Malayalam language.
• Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and electronic data collectors.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or CAD software preferred.
• Must have a valid biometric passport for travel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in challenging outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Land Surveyor – Contract Position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures using specialized equipment and technology. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and existing structures
• Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and electronic data collectors to collect survey data
• Prepare detailed survey reports and maps based on collected data
• Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and make any necessary adjustments
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to provide updates on survey progress
• Follow safety procedures to avoid accidents while working in the field
• Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good condition

Requirements:
