Job summary

ForceShield in Medina seeks a Land Surveyor to conduct boundary surveys and collect precise data for mapping and construction projects.

You will use total stations, GPS and electronic levels, prepare maps with AutoCAD, and work with engineers and builders to ensure accurate placement of structures on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficient in using total stations GPS and electronic levels for surveys.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English proficiency preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Medina.

As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries and collect accurate data for mapping and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques including total stations GPS and electronic levels
• Collect data on property boundaries topography and existing structures
• Create accurate maps and drawings using survey data
• Collaborate with engineers architects and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on the land
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on survey progress
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration for accurate measurements
• Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficient in using total stations GPS and electronic levels for surveys
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• English proficiency preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in collecting and recording data
• Experience working with AutoCAD or other mapping software is preferred

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position. Accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates if needed.
