Job summary

Q-Storage is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Medina. In this role, you will conduct surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, prepare maps, and work collaboratively with engineers and architects to meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, a minimum of two years of experience, and excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers is essential. A competitive salary of $1500 per month is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using surveying equipment
• Prepare accurate maps and reports based on survey data
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to determine project requirements
• Obtain necessary permits for surveying activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain survey equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying tools
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the region
