Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using various tools and equipment to identify property lines, topography, and other features.
• Prepare detailed reports and maps using collected data for construction projects.
• Work closely with engineers and architects to provide accurate survey data for project planning and design.
• Ensure all measurements are accurate and adhere to industry standards.
• Use computer software and digital mapping tools to analyze survey data and create visual representations of the land.
• Collaborate with other professionals such as lawyers, government officials, and real estate developers as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all survey data and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
• Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS systems, total stations, levels, etc.
• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Position Details

• Salary: 900$ per month.
• Full‑time position.
• Open to Indian nationals who can communicate effectively in English.
