Job summary

Largest Cement Factory in Madina is seeking a Laboratory Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Top Quality Control Department. The role oversees laboratory testing, production records, and material flow, ensuring high-quality cement products while coordinating across plant operations.

The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years in a research lab, preferably within cement manufacturing, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in a research laboratory setup, ideally in a cement manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's level Chemistry (or) Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and tasks in the Top Quality Control Department for plant laboratory testing and evaluation.
• Maintain production and material supply records, coordinate raw material intake and product distributions.
• Ensure QC targets are met to guarantee a high-quality, consistent product.
• Provide training and support to lab personnel in fulfilling their duties.
• Conduct safety meetings as required.
• Keep quality assurance records up-to-date and chart QC data quarterly.
• Disseminate information to plant and sales/marketing staff promptly.
• Promote a positive work environment to maximize team and organizational capacity.
• Fill in as needed during monthly physical inventory of all raw materials and learn all plant operations.
