Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Riyadh seeks an experienced BCM Manager to lead the Group Risk Management BCM program in KSA. You will shape policy, embed frameworks, and drive resilience across critical functions.

You will guide risk identification, run incident simulations, and coach business units on continuity planning. A strong BCM background and stakeholder skills are essential in this role at ADCB.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years BCM Manager experience in corporate or financial services sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional BCM accreditation is a plus.
• Membership of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) or plan to achieve within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Execute and embed ADCB KSA BCM to ensure readiness for major incidents.
• Design, implement and maintain BCM policy, framework and procedures.
• Lead BCM strategy with business units, identify risks and mitigation approaches.
• Provide second line of defence support for BCM plan development and tests.
• Identify training needs and deliver BCM training to staff.
• Create BCM metrics and report performance to leadership.
• Formalise and test BCM plans and ensure recovery objectives are met.
• Review new products and processes for BCM risk and remediation.
• Conduct periodic BCM identification and assessment exercises.
