Job summary

Thndr seeks a Head of Brokerage in Saudi to build and lead Thndr’s brokerage capabilities in KSA, registered with CMA as a senior executive. You will design core brokerage, set up on-boarding to settlement, and ensure best-execution standards.

Lead day-to-day operations, work with compliance on surveillance and client protection, and drive strategy with product and leadership for growth of a compliant, customer-centric platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in securities brokerage, incl. 5+ years in KSA at CMA-licensed broker.
• At least 3 years in a senior or team-leading role within the brokerage value chain.
• Working knowledge of the Saudi brokerage ecosystem, from order submission to settlement.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Thndr’s core brokerage function in KSA, from client onboarding to order execution and settlement.
• Set up dealing and order-handling processes that meet CMA conduct-of-business and best-execution requirements.
• Own day-to-day brokerage operations and resolve problematic developments and situations quickly.
• Work with compliance on trade surveillance, market-conduct controls and client protection.
• Manage Thndr’s relationship with Tadawul and support CMA relationship alongside compliance.
• Collect and act on insights about innovative brokerage solutions for the Saudi market.
• Shape and implement the brokerage strategy for KSA with Thndr leadership.
• Partner with the product team to improve brokerage services and client experience.
• Own the brokerage budget and business plan.
