Siham International Trading Co. in Riyadh is seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward to support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

The role involves washing, sanitising and keeping equipment and surfaces spotless, assisting during service, and following HACCP procedures. This is a seasonal 6-month opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with visa, flights, accommodation and transport provided and a competitive

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher or Kitchen Helper is required.
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel or F&B environment is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

The successful candidate will ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery and work areas are clean, sanitised and ready for use, while supporting the kitchen team during daily operations.

This is a seasonal 6 month opportunity is located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, visa, flights, accommodation and transport as well as attractive basic salary are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Keep kitchen, washing-up and back-of-house areas clean and organised.
• Clean floors, walls, work surfaces, sinks and other kitchen areas as required.
• Assist chefs with maintaining a clean and organised kitchen during service.
• Ensure clean equipment and utensils are available to the kitchen team when required.
• Remove rubbish and waste according to company procedures.
• Separate and dispose of food and general waste correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of waste areas and bins.
• Follow cleaning schedules and daily hygiene checklists.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with receiving, moving and storing kitchen supplies when required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain a professional, clean and hygienic personal appearance.
• Support the kitchen team with any other reasonable duties as required.
