• 1–3 years’ experience in a 5 star hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests with enthusiasm.
• Present and promote the menu including specials.
• Proactively upsell premium dishes and drinks.
• Make thoughtful recommendations based on preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle complaints promptly and professionally.
