Key Account Management
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned key customers.
- Manage customer relationships on a daily operational level, ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs.
- Maintain strong communication with customer stakeholders (operations, logistics, finance).
3PL Operations Coordination
- Coordinate transport, warehousing, and value-added services execution for key accounts.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, asset availability, and service continuity.
- Monitor execution of:
- Dry & temperature-controlled transport
- Warehousing & cross-docking
- Distribution & last-mile activities
Service Performance & SLA Monitoring
- Track service KPIs (OTIF, dwell time, utilization, damages, temperature compliance).
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and share performance reports with customers as required.
Commercial & Financial Coordination
- Support monthly billing validation, including:
- Service confirmations
- Additional charges (overtime, waiting time, special assets)
- Dispute resolution in coordination with Finance
- Ensure pricing and services are applied as per signed contracts and rate cards.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with:
- SFDA / GDP requirements
- Customer-specific SOPs
- ATCL internal quality standards
- Support audits, inspections, and customer reviews.
Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations
- Familiarity with ERP / TMS / WMS systems Microsoft D365 knowledge is a strong advantage
- Commercial awareness (rates, margins, cost drivers)
- Reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, dashboards)
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and escalation handling
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to operate under pressure and tight deadlines
Languages
- English – Fluent (mandatory)
- Arabic – Preferred
