Job summary

A leading provider of AV and IT products in Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated Key Account Sales Manager. This field sales role requires developing relationships with local dealers and channel partners to drive sales for IT products. Role Description

We are seeking motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team and drive channel sales for our IT products . This is a field sales role requiring close coordination with local dealers and channel partners in the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage relationships with local dealers, distributors, and retail partners

  • Promote and sell Brother hardware products across assigned territory

  • Plan and execute channel sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide product training, demos, and support to partners and resellers

  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market updates

  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain presence and visibility in the market

  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, technical support) to ensure smooth sales operations


Skills & Knowledge


  • Strong understanding of channel sales and dealer network management in the KSA market

  • Good knowledge of IT hardware, Telecom products, or Consumer Electronics

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Working knowledge of Arabic is essential (fluency is preferred for the West region role)

  • Familiarity with the Brother product range is a plus


Requirement


  • 3–5 years of proven experience in channel sales within the IT/Telecom/Consumer Electronics sectors in Saudi Arabia

  • Prior experience working with local KSA dealers is mandatory

  • Currently based in the respective region (West or East)

  • Must own a private car and possess a valid Saudi driving license

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia
