Job summary

The Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst supports the Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) function in business planning, performance tracking and measurement, performance analysis, and accountability reporting. The role collaborates with analysts to develop insights that support management decisions and the preparation of reports, dashboards, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• 0–3 years of professional work experience in planning, performance management, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze business and performance information and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
• Preference will be given to CMA, CFA, CPA, or KPI-related certifications.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.

Responsibilities

• Support P&PM analysts in developing analytical findings and recommendations related to business planning, performance management, and accountability activities.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of business planning activities, including analysis and development of supporting materials.
• Support performance tracking and measurement activities by collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing relevant business and performance data.
• Assist with performance analysis by identifying trends, variances, key performance indicators, and areas requiring management attention.
• Contribute to the preparation of performance reports, management presentations, dashboards, and other P&PM deliverables.
• Support accountability reporting by providing accurate and timely analytical information to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in translating business and performance data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with P&PM team members and internal stakeholders to support planning and performance management initiatives.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and presentations.
• Perform additional related staff, analytical, and other duties as assigned.
