Job summary
Naseej is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer in Riyadh with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support deployment, monitoring, automation, and production environments. The ideal candidate has practical knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting to help streamline operations and improve system reliability.
You will collaborate with development and QA teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications, while contributing to continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, IT Operations, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes (K8s).
- Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with Test Automation.
- Good Bash/Shell scripting skills.
- Experience with Linux, preferably Ubuntu.
Responsibilities
- Support application deployment and maintenance across different environments.
- Monitor live applications and production environments.
- Manage and support Docker containers.
- Assist with Kubernetes deployments and operations.
- Support Test Automation activities and automated testing processes.
- Monitor application performance and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot application, deployment, and environment-related issues.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of DevOps processes.
