Qualifications

• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for .NET apps with GitHub Actions.
• Strong DevSecOps focus including static code analysis and secret scanning.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with Azure environments (App Service, VMs, storage, networking).

Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications using GitHub Actions.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes across environments.
• Establish clear development, staging, and production environments.
• Integrate security scanning (SAST, dependency, secret) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement application monitoring and alerting for deployed services.
• Coordinate with Security and NOC during incidents and changes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated provisioning.
• Support safe deployment and versioning of SQL Server changes.
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer for our client in Khobar, Saudi Arabia to build and manage the CI/CD environment and strengthen secure software delivery practices across the development stack.

The role will work with a .NET, GitHub, Azure, and SQL Server environment, with a strong focus on automation, DevSecOps, application monitoring, and containerization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications using GitHub Actions
• Automate build, testing, and deployment processes from development through production
• Establish clear development, staging, and production environments
• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines, including static code analysis, dependency scanning, and secret scanning
• Implement application monitoring and alerting for deployed services
• Coordinate with Security and NOC teams during application and infrastructure incidents
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable and automated environment provisioning
• Support safe deployment and versioning of SQL Server database changes
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline development
• C# / .NET build and testing tools
• Microsoft Azure – App Service, VMs, Storage & Networking
  DevSecOps tools including GitHub Advanced Security, CodeQL, SonarQube, or equivalent
• SAST, dependency scanning & secret scanning
• SQL Server deployment and migration tools
• Infrastructure as Code and automated environment provisioning
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes – mandatory
