Responsibilities

• Assist with player support across email, app stores, Discord, and social media, delivering timely, helpful responses.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on App Store and Google Play, sharing recurring issues with the team.
• Engage with the player community across Discord and social media.
• Support planning and delivery of community activities, events, and content campaigns.
• Help publish gameplay videos and updates covering new releases, events, and game changes.
• Communicate with content creators and community members.
• Track player feedback and support metrics, sharing insights with the Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve player experience and optimize support processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feedback is communicated effectively.

About Hypemasters

Hypemasters is a fast-growing game development company behind World War Armies and other upcoming titles. We’re building strategy games that combine depth, innovation, and community-driven gameplay.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Junior Community & Support Associate to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Working alongside our existing Community & Support Manager, you’ll help deliver excellent player support, engage with our gaming community, and ensure our players have a positive experience across our games.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys gaming, communicating with people, and learning how online communities operate.

This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals as part of our expansion into Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with player support across email, app stores, Discord, and social media, ensuring players receive timely, helpful, and accurate responses.
• Monitor and respond to App Store and Google Play reviews, escalating recurring issues and sharing player feedback with the team.
• Help manage and engage with our player community across Discord and social media.
• Support the planning and delivery of community activities, events, and content campaigns.
• Help prepare and publish gameplay videos and written updates covering new releases, events, and game changes.
• Support communication with content creators and community members.
• Track player feedback, support metrics, and community engagement, sharing relevant insights with the Community & Support Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve the player experience and make support processes more efficient.
• Work closely with the Community & Support Manager and other internal teams to ensure player feedback is communicated effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Saudi national. This is an essential requirement for the role.
• An interest in gaming and a genuine desire to engage with player communities.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• An organised, proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Comfortable recording gameplay footage for updates. No on-camera presence is required.
• Familiarity with Discord and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support, community management, or communications is beneficial but not essential.
• An interest in learning about analytics, AI tools, and automation is a plus.
