This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in real estate valuation while supporting senior professionals in delivering high-quality valuation services across various property types in the Saudi market.### Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior valuers in conducting property valuations for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across KSA. Assist in market research and data collection to support valuation assumptions and methodologies. Prepare detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation under supervision. Conduct site inspections and property measurements as required. Maintain and update property databases and comparable transaction records. Assist in client presentations and proposal preparations. Support due diligence processes for investment transactions.### Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or financial analysis. Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of real estate principles and financial concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Saudi national or valid work authorization for KSA.### Preferred QualificationsPrevious internship or work experience in real estate or consulting. Familiarity with Saudi real estate market dynamics. Knowledge of valuation software and GIS applications. Progress toward professional valuation certification (RICS, SIV, or equivalent).
