Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced accountant in Riyadh. The role involves day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and monthly closing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. SAP ERP knowledge and strong Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accurate and timely financial entries.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and support month-end closing activities.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and other financial records.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.
