Overview

• Experienced Facilities Management Supervisor is needed to oversee daily operations across multiple sites in Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Al Taif. You will ensure preventive maintenance, track work orders in the CAFM system, and lead teams to maintain smooth building operations. This role requires strong coordination, problem solving, and strong communication with stakeholders, contractors, and residents.

The role focuses on driving sales growth and building durable client relationships through tailored real estate solutions. • An on-site Electrical Technician role focusing on leading electrical activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring safe, high-quality project execution in Saudi Arabia\'s Western Province. You will perform hands-on installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers, panel boards, and related equipment, while following approved method statements and project schedules. The job requires reading technical drawings, preventive maintenance, daily reporting, and strict adherence to HSE rules and client specifications. Strong communication with site supervisors and client representatives ensures smooth operations.

Responsibilities
