Job summary

SDGs @ IsDB Group in Jeddah HQ seeks a Technical Support Officer to help manage IT systems, automate workflows, and deliver business analytics insights for procurement and financial management.

You will support JIRA, SAP, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint and related platforms, develop dashboards, ensure data governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in information systems administration, BI, or automation.
• Experience with procurement, ERP, or contract management systems is desirable.
• Experience in international organizations or multicultural environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and technical support for JIRA, SAP, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and related platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Support automation of procurement and financial workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate to technical solutions.
