Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Riyadh is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote IT support for project staff. The role involves ensuring system availability, supporting hardware and software, managing user accounts, and maintaining IT security measures. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in IT or Computer Science, have strong knowledge of Windows and MS Office, and possess good communication skills in English, with Arabic as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, preferably on construction, infrastructure, or PMCM projects.
• Experience supporting project-based environments and site offices.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to project staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and email systems.
• Manage user accounts and access rights.
• Maintain site offices IT infrastructure.
• Respond to IT service requests and incidents.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows OS

MS Office / Microsoft 365

Networking fundamentals

Hardware troubleshooting

Good communication skills in English

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
