Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, and networks. You will diagnose and resolve issues to keep daily operations running smoothly, with on-site and remote support across locations in Riyadh region.

Key tasks include onboarding/offboarding, asset management, ticket triage, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors while upholding security policies and device updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• Hands-on IT or desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud productivity suites is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees across multiple locations
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, barcode scanners, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet access
• Set up employee devices, email accounts, and access permissions according to company policies
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment allocation and collection
• Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment assignments, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
• Follow company security policies and support device updates and endpoint protection

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity issues
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including email setup and user account management
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
