Job summary

A technology company in Riyadh is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in IT support roles, with strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, user support, and maintaining IT documentation, contributing to a smooth onboarding/offboarding process.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
  • Support users with operating systems, email, collaboration tools, and business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required.
  • Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.
  • Support employees onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
