Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia seeks an IT Supervisor to install new systems, boost security and uphold top service standards.

You will be the primary contact for hardware, ensure proper system setup, maintain performance, manage security, evaluate vendor proposals, and train hotel teams on IT best practices, while reporting to senior leaders.

This role requires PCI DSS knowledge, strong problem solving, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field.
• 4 years’ related experience with computer set-up and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of networks, operating systems, and databases.
• Knowledge in PCI DSS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for servicing computer hardware and ensuring proper system installation.
• Regularly report to the GM, Director of Finance and Business Support and Area IT Leader.
• Maintain hardware and software performance, and uphold security standards.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and manage IT projects.
• Pass on expertise by running knowledge sharing and training sessions.
• Safeguard IT infrastructure against cyberthreats.
