Zusammenfassung

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join the IT Department. You will ensure IT services are delivered reliably, securely, and in line with SLAs and business needs across infrastructure, end-user support, ERP/MES, networks, and cybersecurity coordination.

You will manage the IT Service Desk, incident management, and vendor relationships while leading a team to continuously improve operations and governance, including ISO 27001 compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred; ITIL Managing Professional is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including IT service management or IT operations.

• Manage and continuously improve IT service delivery processes.
• Ensure IT services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and business expectations.
• Establish IT service management procedures based on ITIL best practices.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure, end-user support, ERP/MES, networks, and cybersecurity coordination.
• Lead major incident management and ensure timely restoration of critical services.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity team regarding security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation.
• Support IT audits and compliance activities including ISO 27001 and internal controls.
• Manage IT Service Desk and vendor relationships; monitor ticketing and SLA compliance.
• Oversee business applications including ERP, MES, and DMS systems.
